TCT Mobile – Handset Replacement Insurance
To most people, their cell phone is a significant part of their everyday lives. Whether you use your cell phone for business or personal reasons you realize that being without it can be an unpleasant experience. Should your cell phone be stolen or damaged, you may be faced with expensive replacement costs. As a service to our customers, TCT Mobile offers a comprehensive handset replacement program. TCT Mobile Handset Replacement Insurance provides for the repair or replacement of your cell phone in the event of theft, damage or failure.
Specifics
• $5.00 per month per cell phone
• Handset Replacement Insurance is available on new activations only, with a two-year agreement.
• $25.00 Non-refundable deductible per approved claim will apply.
• $100.00 Non-refundable deductible per approved claim will apply on all Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or Blackberry phone claims.
• Maximum of two (2) claims allowed per 12-month period.
Reporting
If your cell phone is accidentally damaged, report the damage on a TCT Mobile Claim Form and submit the claim along with the damaged cell phone to TCT Mobile within 60 days of the incident. Report any stolen TCT Mobile cell phone to a law enforcement officer immediately. Report the stolen cell phone on a TCT Mobile Claim Form and submit the claim form along with a copy of the police report within 60 days of the incident. Upon receipt of an approved TCT Mobile Claim Form, you will be provided with a replacement cell phone of like kind. No cash reimbursements will be paid.
