1. Q: How can I check my spam mail box?
A: You will need to log into the Spam Management page, then click on the
Spam Management on the left hand side. This will open 3 options under Spam
Management. One of the options is View Quarantined Mail, click on that. It
will open your Spam mail box.
2. Q: Your new page looks so different. Where are the links that used
to be on your page?
A: The page does look different when you logon, but all the
links that were on the old page are still there, but arranged under the category
they fit in. For example, if you are looking for Internet information, including
email filtering or search engines, simply click on "Internet". You may click on
one of two links -- one located under the new TCT logo or one in a graphics box
labeled Internet on the right hand side of the page. Either link will take
you to the same place.
3. Q: I can't
find my filtered email. Where is it?
A: As most of you know, we did change our email filtering
program. You can get to your filtered email by clicking on Internet in
either of the places described in question #2. Then click on "Web Mail".
If you want to check your email on the web rather than checking it by opening
your regular email program (i.e. Outlook Express or Netscape), you can click on
"To check your mail, Login Here" to login to Squirrel Mail. You do not have
to use Squirrel Mail -- it is an optional feature. Your messages will
still be delivered to your regular mail box when you open your email program,
but you can use Squirrel Mail to check your mail using any computer -- at work,
at home, or on vacation. If you want to check your filtered mail, manage
your email account or change your email password, you should click on the second
login link. You will then log into Magic Mail using your email address and
password. After you are logged in,m you can check your filtered mail by
clicking on "Spam Management" and then on "View Quarantined Mail".
Clicking on that link will bring up your list of filtered mail and allow you to
delete messages or deliver the messages you need to your regular mail box.
You also will see links to anti-virus unformation and your spam logs and a link
to add additional mailboxes. |
