Here is a guide on how to change your own password.  You no longer have to call TCT to change your password, you can do it your self from anywhere in the world, with any internet connection.

1.  Login to our mail server (https://webmail.tctwest.net)
        Login with your full email address e.g.
         (username@tctwest.net or username@tritel.net)

 
2.  Click on the My Email Options link on the left hand side of the screen

3.  Type in your CURRENT Password

4.  Type in your NEW password then retype the NEW password again

5.  Now click on the Update Password button

CONGRATULATIONS you have changed your password!
