Here is a guide on how to check your spam email settings and your quarantined folder.  This will allow you to review and change your spam and junk mail setting.

1.  Login to our mail server (https://webmail.tctwest.net)
        Login with your full email address e.g.
         (username@tctwest.net or username@tritel.net)

2.  Click on the Spam Management link on the left side of the page

3.  You will notice that directly under the Spam Management link you just clicked on, there are three options.
        a. Anti-Spam Options
        b. Check Spam Logs
        c.  View Quarantined Mail

4.  To change your Anti-Spam settings
        Click on the Anti-Spam Options link

5.  To check your spam logs (this lets you see how many emails are getting blocked)
        Click on the Check Spam Logs link

6.  To view your Quarantined Mail
        Click on the View Quarantined Mail link
