My Media Setup

To enjoy streaming video and audio, your computer must meet specific hardware and software requirements. Please read the following information to configure your computer correctly. If the requirements are not met, TCT does not gaurantee streaming video and audio will work on your computer.

Minimum Requirements

Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later (with plugin)
Windows Media Player 9 or later
High-speed internet connection
Javascript enabled
Cookies enabled

Downloads

Windows Media Player Plugin for Firefox Installation

Open the Windows Media Player Plugin for Firefox download page.
Click Download Now.
Click Save File on the pop-up dialog box, and then click Save.
When the download is complete, click Open.
If an alert appears warning about opening an executable file, click OK.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
When the installation is finished, restart Firefox.
Congratulations! The plugin is installed.

Enable Javascript in Internet Explorer

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Custom Level button.
Scroll down until you reach Scripting, Active Scripting.
Click Enable.
Click OK, then click OK again.
Javascript is now enabled.

Enable Javascript in Firefox

On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Content icon.
Place a check next to Enabled Javascript.
Click OK.
Javascript is now enabled.

Internet Security: Anti Virus / Firewall

Internet security such as anti virus and firewalls can block streaming video and audio. If you meet the minimum requirements and are unable to play streaming media, check your internet security settings.
