Network Management Disclosure

TCT takes great pride in the performance of its network, preferring to be as minimalistic as possible in limiting or otherwise managing network traffic. TCT utilizes software systems to track aggregate bandwidth usage for all network traffic. TCT also sometimes uses software to track bandwidth usage of individual IP addresses. TCT does not maintain long-term records of customers’ network usage, but may occasional record it for troubleshooting or law enforcement purposes. TCT may block IP addresses of identified individuals or locations known to originate, terminate or transport traffic that is deliberately harmful or invasive in any way to the network, any user thereof, or equipment capable of or connected to the network. Within fixed wireless networks, TCT may rate-shape certain peer-to-peer traffic for the purposes of maintaining network health and ensuring an adequate experience for all users of the system. TCT may also utilize prioritization policies in fixed-wireless networks to rate-shape prolonged downstream traffic in such a way as to ensure a quality experience for other users of the system. TCT may prioritize certain real-time traffic, including VoIP or multicast, throughout known congestion points within the network. TCT does not utilize any application-specific behaviors or employ any device-specific attachment policies to its network. TCT does provide an email filtering service which customers may or may not choose to utilize. TCT offers specialized data services, including VoIP, IPTV and Managed VPN services. Traffic associated with specialized services may receive prioritized treatment through TCT’s networks. TCT is constantly striving to ensure that its customers receive a quality Internet experience.
