TCT knows that sometimes your day begins before 8 and ends after 5. For that reason, we offer extended-hours technical support from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. A toll-free service, all you have to do is call (1-800-354-2911) to speak with a technician regarding your TCT telephone, Internet or television issue. After hours and on weekends, please leave a brief message with our automated voice mail system, including your name & call back number, and a technician will return your call as soon as possible.

TCT is accepting resumes for several full- and part-time positions in our Powell office, titled “Help Desk Technician”. Position requirements: Team player with ability to provide excellent customer support for telephone, Internet, and television services. Basic knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Mac 10.3 or higher, as well as mobile devices is preferred. Technical training will be provided. May involve shift work between 8am and 9pm, 365 days a year. Must maintain professional appearance and have a valid driver’s license in good standing. Physical requirements: Sitting for long periods of time, reading computer screens, reaching, and lifting intermediate loads. These positions may be required to report to either the Powell or Cody office. TCT offers competitive wages (starting at $11-$14/hour DOE) and an excellent benefits package (for full-time employees).
