Services provided by TRI TEL under any of its plans shall not be used: (1) for any unlawful purpose; (2) for making telephone calls that use automatic dialing devices and terminate into electronic information services, pay-per-call services, or other domestic or international audiotext services; (3) for international call-back offerings using uncompleted call signaling to any country, when that country has prohibited such an offering by statute or regulatory decision; (4) by residential** customers subscribing to the TRI TEL Unlimited Plan who exceed normal residential usage patterns.
Dial-up Internet access not permitted on TRI TEL Unlimited Plan. Call detail records not included with but may be purchased for additional $5.00 per month with the TRI TEL Unlimited, Talk A Lot, and Big Talk Plans.
