We are devoted to the
fellowship (Acts 2:42).
In other words, we care for one another.
Whenever
we meet together, we enjoy each other's company.
We arrange special occasions
that provide fun.
We plan Dinners Of
Six as
a means to expand and deepen our relationships.
We come to each other's help - in love, with compassion, with
appropriate aid.
We schedule times together to mentor and disciple one another.
We seek to know each other well enough that we can be
influential in the
direction
and nurture of our respective Christian walks.
<>Whether we pray together, worship together, study
together, work together, or play together... we seek
to grow closer to each other in God's love. We "make every effort
to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace"
(Ephesians 4:3).

Dinners Of Six
This is a hospitality ministry. It is a great tool to
enhance church relationships, include visitors, and an evangelistic
tool to invite un-churched neighbors and friends to share a meal in the
relaxed setting of your home.
Dinners of Six follow the school year. Groups meet once a month
(November and December are combined). A new schedule is
made up each month, rotating couples and homes. As people sign up
to participate, they are asked if they want to host a dinner. If
enough sign up to host, then each couple will host one month and be a
guest the next.
Each couple is assigned one portion of the meal. Hosts are
responsible for the main dish, entertainment or activity, contacting
their group to set a date, and deciding if the evening will include
children or not.
Each grouping is arranged with an open slot. In that way the host
is able to invite un-churched neighbors and friends to join the dinner.
Look for the sign-up sheets to participate in Dinners Of Six or contact
Debbie
Bottom for more information.
